Dr. Jeyalakshmi K
Dean and Principal, Faculty of Nursing,
Parul University Goa
Dr. Jeyalakshmi K brings over 19 years of academic and clinical expertise in Nursing education and research. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and a Master’s in Community Health Nursing. With a rich professional journey spanning institutions like Manipal College of Nursing, she has held key roles including Senior Assistant Professor and academic mentor. Her research interests include community-based interventions, elderly health, chronic disease management, and competency-based education, with numerous publications in Scopus and Q1/Q2-indexed journals. She has guided several undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and presented her work at prestigious national and international conferences. Recognized for her leadership, communication skills, and innovative teaching approaches, Dr. Jeyalakshmi is committed to fostering a culture of research, clinical excellence, and holistic education at Parul University Goa. Her professional affiliations include the Trained Nurses Association of India, the Nursing Research Society of India, and the Geriatric Nurses’ Association of India.
Dr. Lalit Lata Jha

With an illustrious career spanning over 23 years, Dr. Lalit Lata Jha stands as a visionary academician and leader in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. She completed her B.Pharm and M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Biotechnology) with distinction from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, and earned her Ph.D. in Pharmacy from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. Dr. Jha’s academic journey is marked by her passion for research and innovation. Her expertise lies in pharmaceutical biotechnology, transgenic plants as bioreactors, and advanced drug delivery systems. She has successfully completed multiple government-funded research projects, mentored over 40 postgraduate students, guided six doctoral scholars, and has more than 40 research publications to her credit. Throughout her career, she has held key leadership positions, contributing significantly to the establishment and academic growth of premier pharmacy institutions. She currently chairs the Board of Studies, Faculty of Pharmacy at Parul University, and plays an active role in curriculum development, academic auditing, and quality enhancement initiatives. Dr. Jha’s contributions to education and research have been widely recognized through several prestigious awards, including the Bharat Shiksha Gaurav Puruskar, Best Principal Award by KTK Foundation. At Parul University Goa, Dr. Lalit Lata Jha is committed to nurturing the next generation of pharmacy professionals, integrating global best practices with Indian excellence, and building a strong culture of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Arunachalam Ramachandran
Dean and Professor, Faculty of Physiotherapy,

Dr. Arunachalam Ramachandran is an accomplished physiotherapist, researcher, and educator with over 20 years of extensive experience in clinical practice, academic leadership, and research supervision. He holds a Ph.D. in Neurological Physiotherapy from Saveetha University and multiple advanced qualifications in Yoga, Naturopathy, Acupuncture, and Diabetic Education. Dr. Arunachalam is the innovator behind the “Trunk Dissociation Retrainer” for stroke rehabilitation, and has contributed to over 80 research publications in reputed national and international journals, including several SCOPUS and Q1-indexed journals. His leadership roles span across prominent institutions, and he has successfully guided numerous Ph.D. scholars in the field of physiotherapy. A distinguished speaker and workshop resource person at national and international platforms, Dr. Arunachalam’s academic philosophy integrates evidence-based practice with innovative teaching methodologies. At Parul University Goa, he envisions developing a globally competent, research-driven, and patient-centered physiotherapy education ecosystem.
