Clerks
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Clerks to support our administrative functions. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of clerical tasks that include data entry, record maintenance, and general office support. Your efforts will ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
- Manage incoming communications such as phone calls, emails, and postal mail, ensuring proper distribution.
- Maintain and update records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and other office activities.
- Manage office supplies and help maintain an organized workspace.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
